Just wanted to extend an invitation to all TARC Teams to fly with ROSCO March 13th and 14th. A night launch is possible for Sat. Night , depends on participation.

Ed has said the launch is on for Orangeburg this weekend (Feb 13,14). Bundle up and fly some rockets.

Jack has advised that he will be stepping down for our co-prefecture due to his change in work.
