ICBM (Tripoli South Carolina) / ROSCO (NAR) 2010 Launch Schedule

Launches are generally held every month on the second full weekend (the weekend of the second Sunday).   The launch calendar for 2009 is as follows:

Jan. 9-10 - ROSCO Sport launch

Feb. 13-14 - ICBM (Sat. Sport launch, Sun. Research)

Mar. 13-14 - ROSCO Sport launch

Apr. 10-11 - ICBM Research Weekend

May. 15-16 - ICBM (Sat. Sport launch, Sun. Research)

June 12-13 - ROSCO Sport launch

July 10-11 - ICBM Research Weekend

Aug. 7-8 - ROSCO Sport launch

Sep. 4-5-6 - Freedom Launch (Sep. 4-5 Sport, Sep. 6 TRA Research)

Oct. 9-10 - ROSCO Sport launch (may be resched.)

Nov. 13-14 - ICBM Research Weekend

Dec. 11-12 - ICBM (Sat. Sport launch, Sun. Research)

For both ICBM and ROSCO launches, we begin field setup on Saturday around 11am with flight operations scheduled to begin around noon.   Sunday launches begin at 10 AM. Tear-down occurs before dusk or at the Prefect’s or Senior Advisor's discretion. Remember, the Prefect or Senior Advisor reserves the right to delay, change, or otherwise cease launch operations at any time for any number of reasons, including weather conditions, safety considerations, and regulatory matters.
